Goals of this Case Study


TLDR;


I co-modersated, analyzed, and prepared the presentation of results for a usability test that spanned 1 month and hosted 7 participants. The key goal of the project was to identify the user's desire for a rune recommendation system integrated into the gaming client, and determine whether the draft interface met the user's need state. My exploratory interviewing and draft interface usability testing gave the design team the information they needed to address player accessibility issues and optimize product flow before release. 

Overall gameplay sentiment change from somewhat negative feedback, to neutral feedback, to strongly positive feedback.
